Choosing to support a charity is a very personal way for you to make a difference. Even small donations have an impact in your community when pooled together. By making a tax deductible donation to the Charitable Trust of CFUW Aurora/Newmarket, you have the satisfaction of knowing you have made an investment in your community by creating an educational opportunity for a young woman. Award recipients are drawn from students in the northern York Region Secondary Schools, as well as a Children's Aid Society (CAS) student leaving care and an Aboriginal student.

On April 10, 2019 The Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW) Aurora/Newmarket’s President, Lynn Havard, member, Fulvia Cantarutti and The Charitable Trust of the CFUW Aurora Newmarket Inc. President, Jean Fraser (centre) partnered with Jane Ramos (right) and Carmine Troiano (left) of Scotiabank Newmarket to accept a donation to further their common goal of promoting education for young women.

President, Jean Fraser partnered with Scotiabank Aurora to accept a donation to once again further their common goal of promoting education for young women.
